purposes, you cannot access this Account Info from a non-LISCO location.
You must be using a computer that is directly connected to the LISCO network.
For example,
if you are traveling outside the LISCO area or trying to access using
another ISP, this information is not available via the Web. In these cases
you will have to e-mail support@lisco.com or call us at (641) 472-5400
or (800) 331-8414.
LISCO Customer Account Information allows LISCO customers
to:
- Review and change address information
- Review and change telephone information
- Review your billing history
- Review your account usage for any period during the last 4 months
- Change your password on-line
To gain access:
You will need to input your username and password. Your username is the
first part of your e-mail address. For example, if your e-mail address
were "jdoe@lisco.com", your username would be "jdoe".

Note that your browser needs to be configured to accept cookies to access
this information.
