Blocking
Specific Senders
If you repeatedly receive unwanted email from the same individuals or organizations, you can add the email addresses of the senders to the Blocked Senders list. By adding a sender to the Blocked Senders list, all messages from that sender will be directed to your Message Center, rather than being sent to your email program's inbox. The typical types of candidates that you'll probably want to add to your Blocked Senders list might include spammers, those who keep sending you chain letters, or subscriptions that you can't unsubscribe from. If, after adding an address to your Blocked Senders list, you're looking at the messages that have been quarantined in your Message Center and you decide you'd like a message from a blocked sender to be sent to your inbox, just select Deliver from your Message Center, and the message will be directed to your inbox. |
| 1. | To add an address to your Blocked Senders list, first log into your Message Center. Click on the Junk Email Settings link. This will take you to the Junk Email ON-OFF page. |
| 2. | Let's assume that you'd like to prevent delivery of all message from savemoney@cash.com. Type that address into the Ender Address or Domain field. |

Adding a Domain
to Your List of Blocked Senders
| 4. | It's also possible to add a domain to your Blocked Senders list. For instance, you could add the hotstuff.com domain to the Blocked Senders list. This would result in all hotstuff.com addresses (for example, john@hotstuff.com, info@hotstuff.com, tammy34@hotstuff.com, and all other addresses at the hotstuff.com domain) being added to your Blocked Senders list. Here's how to do it. |
| 5. | Type hotstuff.com into the Enter Address or Domain field. |
