
Are you moving?
Moving a DSL account is a lot like getting a new one. It requires that we pre-qualify your number again after it's been moved, and start over with the DSL application process.
Do you want to take your DSL with you?
If you've already called the telephone company and requested to have your lines moved to your new place, please call LISCO immediately with the order number. We will try our best to coordinate with the telephone company to make sure your data moves with you.
But please be aware that your new location comes with new circuits. These new circuits may not pass pre-qualification like your old telephone lines did. Your DSL service may not be able to follow you.
If keeping your DSL is very important to you, please call us several weeks before you move, and we'll do our best to help your pre-qualify lines in your new neighborhood to see if you can get service there.
Moving away?
Well, we'll miss you! If you're moving out of the area and want to cancel your service, please call us two weeks before you want your service terminated so that we can process all the paperwork.
We purchase used modems, too, so let us know if you've got one!
