
How to Order RDSL
Submit an application
Call us at (641) 472-7100, or toll-free at (800) 331-8414, and we'll take your pre-application right over the phone! Hours are 9-8 Monday through Thursday, 9-5 on Friday, and 9-1 on Saturday.
How long does it take?
You'll receive an email with your pre-qualification results within 48 hours of submitting your pre-application. Then you can call back to confirm that you'd like to order.
After you've confirmed your order, it will take ten to twelve working days for the telephone company to complete the wiring which enables LISCO to place data on your telephone line.
What happens in the meanwhile?
When we get confirmation from the telephone company, we'll ship your modem (if you ordered one) and any other equipment you may have purchased from us.
In the modem box, there will be a letter with your service activation date and your email settings in it.
What do I do on my service activation date?
We suggest you power up your DSL modem and plug it into the appropriate jack. When the LINE light turns green, you'll know it's time to set up your computer and start surfing with your new, faster connection!
