RDSL is a user-friendly connection, and you should have no problems installing and using your service. Please take a moment to read the manual and the quick tips provided here.

Always read carefully through the manual before beginning your installation!

Quick Tips

  • Do not install the noise filter between the DSL modem and wall jack!

  • If you don't get a green Ethernet light, try the other cable.

  • Your service is scheduled to come up sometime between 8 AM and 5 PM on your due date. We suggest you just leave your modem plugged into the appropriate jack, and then set up your network when the LINE light turns green.
