Changing your LISCO password
Be sure you always keep your LISCO passwords to yourself. If you have any indication that someone else other than you has accessed your e-mail account, we strongly suggest that you change your e-mail account password right away.

We also suggest that you choose a password that has a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters to make it harder for someone to guess. For example, a poor choice for a password would be some simple common word, like "froggie". A better password would be "frog#25!gie" or "f1ro!g25g*ie".

You can go to LISCO Account Info to change your LISCO password at any time.

If you have any trouble doing this you can also call into customer support and we will do it for you.

Changing LISCO password settings on your computer
After changing your LISCO password you also have to change it in your computer. Otherwise, you won't be able to get your e-mail.

You need to change the password both in your dialer (the settings that let you dial in) and also in your e-mail program. You can find instructions on how to do this for the different computer systems and e-mail clients here.

Again, if you have trouble doing this, you can call customer support and we will help you do it.

If you have a PayPal account
If your e-mail account has been compromised, it's a good idea to also check the activity in other on-line accounts you have, such as your PayPal account. If you see any suspicious activity there, you should follow the instructions PayPal has relating to this kind of issue.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or security issues you want to report.  You can e-mail us at security@lisco.com.
