Open Control Panel

Open “Network and Internet”

Open “Network and Sharing Center”

Click on “Set up a connection or network”

Select “Set up a dial-up connection” and then click “Next”.

A) Type in a LISCO dial-up number that is a local call for you. Click here for a list of access numbers.
B) Type in your LISCO username in all lower-case letters.
DO NOT include ‘@lisco.com’
DO NOT put in any spaces.
C) Type in your LISCO password in all lower-case letters.
D) Type “LISCO” in the “Connection name” field.
E) Click “Connect” button at the bottom of the box.
