Open Entourage.

Open the “Entourage” menu and click on Account Settings.

Make sure the Mail tab is selected, then click new.

Choose “POP” from the “Account type” drop down menu and then click “OK”.

Enter your account settings as shown below. Then, at the bottom, click the Advanced Sending Options button.

Put a check mark in the 2nd and 3rd boxes.

Congratulations, Entourage is ready to send and receive email.
