Email support for Outlook 2007.
Open Outlook 2007. Click on Tools, then select Account Settings from the menu.
Make sure you are on the settings tab, then click “New”.
Click in the box next to “Manually configure server settings or additional server types”.
Select “Internet E-mail”.
Enter the information Your Name, email address, Incoming server, outgoing server, username and password. Now Click on More Settings.
Click the Advanced Tab. Change the Outgoing Server Port Number to 587. Now click on the outgoing server tab.
Click the check box beside “My ougoing server (SMTP) requiress authentication, then click OK.
Click on the Test Account settings button.
If configured properly the test will complete successfully.
Outlook 2007 is now ready to send and receive email.
